error message when supplying name, address and dob

Cannot enter name, address dob info. Getting error message. The data is valid for Australia. The error has persisted for many days. Tech support appears to be AWOL

I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24–48 hours.

Thanks @Mujahid7 I will try that suggestion. Already tried Chrome and Firefox. Appreciate your suggestion.
