Hello everyone, A couple of nights ago, I bought an item off eBay that costed 11.68AUD and to receive the item the seller told me to pay 90 pounds in Xbox gift cards off CD keys (used PayPal) and he said he would refund it straight away. He turned out to be a scammer and never paid it back. I feel so stupid and annoyed that somebody could do such a thing. Please give me advice on what to do next. Thanks very much
