Hi,
This PayPal account was made without my consent by someone else who had my phone with them at the moment, and I need it removed without verifying my identity as I am unable to do so. I am not willing to use PayPal at any point, the email, once created, got changed to a different address, and I need to verify to change it again. I want my phone number removed, but I cannot do any of these things as I need to upload verification just to close and erase my account, is there any way of doing this without doing identity verification?
