I have a bank account in Surinam but I can't find the country so it's impossible to make a payment to this account is it possible to ad Surinam to the list and also the existing banks TNX

You have a paypal account registered in the Netherlands so you would need to add a Netherlands bank account.

Paypal is not available or supported in Suriname.
