changing from a personal to business account Shopify

I tried to change my personal account to a business account in shopify and I cannot proceed because it doesnt recognise my name in the legal name field .

If you want to change your PayPal personal account to a PayPal Business account, I would advise you to contact our customer care department who can help you further. You can do this by clicking on the contact at the bottom of every PayPal page to check what your contact options are. You can also contact us through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message. To change the Shopify account, please reach out to their customer support team.
