Thank you for contacting community.
I believe you're concerned about not receiving code on your phone in order to use your PayPal account. If this is the issue you're facing, I would recommend you to keep enough space in your messages by deleting old messages, clear your device cache and cookies, if you're using PayPal app, try to reinstalling it to the latest version. Also, you can try logging in using a computer on a new browser. If you still don't receive the text, then contact your phone provider to see if they are blocking any messages.
