can't login pass the "add a phone" screen

Can't get pass the "Add a new phone" to login to my account.  I don't want to "add a phone", but there is no pass/cancelling this screen to continue to login.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
