can't access my account

cannot access my account

it Keeps on telling me there has been some unusual activity with my account

then it. leads me to reset my password a

and when I try to login it tells me again there has been some unusual activity with my account

and so on

anyone can help 

I've been out of my account for a few days now 

and I cannot reach anyone , 

the customer service here is really bad as It has taken me hours to able to write this message ( I had to login with a different account in order to do so ) 
im really frustrated

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
