can paypal help?

i bought a medal using paypal  june 3 2017.

was going to do a straight swop for another medal when was informed , with pictorial comparisom my medal was a copy and not original as was sold. i know its over the 180 day limit but what are my rights even after this time? thganks in advance rob

Small claims court action against the seller is probably your only hope.

Paypal can't do anything for you post 180 days.
