Wrong phone number with log in

I cannot log in because I have accidentally written the wrong prefix to my new phone number. How can I get access to my account and log in?

I understand that you are unable to login due to an old phone number. It's best to contact us through PayPal website as we need to verify your account ownership. You can locate the Support option by clicking on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of our website and then choosing the "Password and account access" issue.
