Paypal legal updates, etc., are still coming in to my old email address which is closing this month. But on my account I can only see the new email address, so how can this happen. If I can't sort it I will no longer receive important Paypal messages. Thank you.

Click on your profile (settings icon next to log out) > then on notifications in the white bar above your email addresses > is the correct email address marked as your primary one?

Yes, there is just the one email address showing, yet I still received an email to an old address. I thought I remember seeing somewhere that marketing email addresses are kept on a separate list for security purposes, so when you change an email on the main account, the marketing one, as it's not connected, doesn't get updated. Is that corrrect?
I guess I just have to hope that I will receive future emails to the new address and any that go to the old one will just blow away into the ether.
