Why is Paypal saying," Verification failed

PayPal ask to provide information I did scan my national ID and face ID still they said Verification Failed please help me resolve this issue

May be you did not supply the information that they requested?

You have a U.S business account so you would need to supply business information?

Your best bet is to contact customer services and ask what they need from you?
