Why do they keep getting it wrong when I try to update/change my Account name?

I'm only trying to update how they encoded my name. They keep messing up. They always put my middle name along with my first name and leave my middle name blank. What should I do?

I understand you've requested that your name be updated, and it was not completed properly. I'm sorry to hear that. You might be able to move your middle name into the middle name box by completing a minor name change following the steps on our Help Center here. If that doesn't work, please reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. 

I hope your name is updated soon!
