Anyone else have this happen?I have no bank accounts or credit cards because I'm not rich and when I tried to close my stupid random idea I had down my account got locked so I can't delete it without registering a credit card or bank...I really really regret my spur of the moment upgrade to Business.Its been almost 3 years and I keep ggetting the run around when I try to close my account now this happens.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
