What should I do if I receive a permanently limited access on my PayPal Account?

Hello everyone, 

I would like to know how should I resolved my account after I received an email from PayPal that my account will be in a permanently limited access and they will hold my funds for 180 days. I can't send an email to them aside from their email customer service on their website. I don't also have enough money to make a call to their customer support as the call rate is 2.50USD per minute since I live in the Philippines. Does anyone receive a reply from them using their messaging customer service? What can I do in this situation?

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

They may not respond at all to be honest, if you have a permanently limited account then it means you are no longer a customer of theirs and so may not respond to you.
