it keeps saying We’re having trouble making sure it’s you and i try to put sms n it redirects to We’re having trouble making sure it’s you

• Try to clear your cache and cookies from your browser or use a different web browser to log in. If you're trying from the app, please try to re-install it.
• Try login in from a web browser instead of the app to check if you'll be allowed to access it.
• Log into your PayPal from one consistent device
• Allow 48 hours and try again.

 

If the issue persists after trying these steps, reach out to the PayPal Support Team to check this further.

It looks like they don't plan to fix this issue. I've waited for 3-4 days, and the problem is still there.
