We’re having trouble making sure it’s you

Hi, I'm Rakib from bangladesh. Since paypal doesn't allow me to open a account from my country "Bangladesh" I opened a business account using the "cyprus" country. so everything was okay I've been using this account for 2 years no problem ! but last night i received a payment from a client and i wanted to withdraw it and when i tried to log in using my phone! suddenly paypal saying "We’re having trouble making sure it’s you" i tried to call but the from my country for some reason the call isn't being connected? but i tried to call the us centre but the us call centre saying they dont have the access? now i cant log into my account and cant withdraw the money? does anyone have a solution? it will really help me, as I'm a fulltime freelancer and this money was my house rent! if i dont pay this within a week! my room owner will kick me out? please someone help me?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to access your PayPal account. I know how important to get access to your account. Unfortunately PayPal services are not available in Bangladesh. If you have created an account using another country, you will not be able to access your account and it will be limited soon. To get your funds, you have to reach the support team to help you further. You can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page.
