I would like to make paypal more secure, but I would like to set anything, e.g.:
- Security Questions;
- 2Fa authentication;
I keep getting the message "We can't complete your request right now. Try again later."
And no matter how hard I try, a day later I get the same error message.
I hope they can help.

I am sorry to hear that you re facing issues to set security questions and 2 Step verification on your PayPal account. Could you please clear the cache and cookies or your browser or use a different browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If none of the simple solutions we’ve talked about so far work, you can always wait a while and try again after a couple of hours. If you are attempting to do it through the mobile app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve the issue. * Also, please do not use any unrecognized or restricted networks like VPNs, or public networks while login to your account.
