How do I verify my account? I have completed the first 2 requests for information but the third is for proof of purchase from your supplier. But I haven’t bought anything. I sold something. Thank you.

They are asking you for supplier information ie where you got the item that you sold?

Thank you for your reply but I have the item quite a few years so I don’t have any proof of purchase. Will I be able to resolve this?

If you are being asked to provide documentation from your supplier but you do not have these documents, create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
