Thank you for your post! The information supplied by @kernowlass is very helpful if you're looking to change the legal name associated with your account.
If your account has a username that you give to people to send you payments and you wish to change that, please contact Customer Service to make the request. You can reach Customer Service by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
If you're looking to adjust your Community Forum username from what you currently are identified as here in the forum to another username, please click the 3 dot menu in the upper right hand corner of this post and select "Report Inappropriate Content" and make the request that way. A moderator will review the request and complete the change if it complies with the Community Guidelines.
