Updating Numbers for 2-Step Verification

I updated my Phone number and even if I removed all the other numbers I used before, the 2-step verification still send text to my old number which I have removed and no longer see on my account settings. Can anyone help me?

I understand that you are facing issues with logging into your PayPal account and cannot receive SMS as you no longer have access to the phone number linked with the account. There is no easy way of saying this, however, login issues are sensitive, and to fix this you will need to get in touch with us over the phone. It involves verbal verification related to the information on your PayPal account.
I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
