I had excessive amount of time in password and now account temporarily is locked. I need to transfer money that’s on my PayPal card to my cash card (cash app) I was able to change password and still unable to transfer funds
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
