When I'm at home and connected via wifi, I cannot log in to Paypal ("username or password incorrect"). If I switch to mobile data or use my friends wifi, I can log in. Seems like my home IP is banned?

Hello @QuakEnte,
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account while using your wifi. Here are a couple of things to try:
- Activate location services on the device you're using.
- Clear your cache and cookies from the browser you're using.
- Try a different browser, device, or computer.
- Reattempt from a location more consistent with previous activity with the account.
- Ensure you're not accessing the account from a VPN or Hosting IP.
- Wait 24-72 hours with no further attempts before trying again.
If you're still having trouble I would suggest you contact us to provide additional details. To contact Customer Service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter. I hope this helps.
Thanks!
MichelleW
