I cannot edit our customer support email under "edit company profile". It says "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please check your entries and try again." and Businesse Type is marked red, but I can't change anything there because Business Type is grayed out...
wow im having the same exact issue right now, I called support and they were useless, they said they are working on fixing it but that doesn't sound right because now its end of march 2022 and you posted this back in December.
