US citizen needing to open AU Paypal account

I am based in the US but my business operates in Australia. How do I open an AU Paypal account without an AU address (That isn't a PO box)

I seem to be failing at the ID verification step because it has Australia as my country location in the dropdown and won't let me change it to US (given I have a US address and passport)

All my customers are in Australia and I get paid out in AU. I want those funds to go into my AUD bank account and not get converted into USD, hence why I want a AU Paypal account.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
