First, I want to keep the 2 way authorization.
- When I created my Paypal account 22 years ago, I entered my fixed phone number as my home number (never changed)
- Later I added a cell phone number I use for the 2 way authorization (old cell phone)
All ok
- Last week, I abandoned my fixed phone and put the number on a new cell phone
- The old cell phone will be scrapped tomorrow including the cell phone number on it
- As Paypal says that we have to have a third phone number to make modifications, I entered my husband's cell phone in my account (my account has now 1 fixed phone number and 2 cell phone numbers (1 will be cancelled tomorrow)
What I want:
- Put the fixed phone number (which is now on a new cell phone) as the principal cell phone (the one I receive the 2 way code)
I don't know how to do that.
HELP please, I will lose 1 cell phone number tomorrow and I have no other tel number
- I want to receive the 2 way codes on my new cell phone
- Do I need to have a home phone? I now receive all calls and texts on my new cell (with my old fixed number)
