They locked my account after resetting my password

Paypal cannot link my account to Gcash and OTP wasn't sent to me. They ask to reset my password and I did but after resetting my password, they locked my account, and couldn't log in. Please help!

I am sorry this has happened and I can understand your frustration. 

If you cannot access your account, you will need to give our Customer Care department a quick call. 

You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
