Sign in problem

Trying to reset my password and when I click on my email it says that their is a problem on their end and to try again. I've tried over 10 times with the same outcome.

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know you are unable to reset the password. It can possibly a glitch which can be resolved by clearing the cache and the history of the browser. If not, please contact PayPal support for better assistance.
