Set up joint PayPal account with friend

So, my best friend and I are going into business together. He is providing the funds. I am providing the service. We are basically buying and selling on eBay. 

How can we both share a PayPal account and we both have access to the money in the account?

He is going to be putting money into the account. I will be taking out and putting back in once sales have been completed.

You would need to set up a business account with x1 of you as an authorised user.
