I can't receive security code. Have been trying for weeks but it NEVER comes on the phone and WhatsApp. The sim works perfectly, checked with provider and there are no issues there. The only problem is with PayPal, I get ALL other OTPs and stuff.
Call PayPal is not an option, that’s why I’m asking here: how can it be solved?
