I've received several texts over the past year from 729-725. It always says the following:
"FREE PayPal: DId you recently attempt to make a payment for $xxxx (generally 1k-3k) USD? Reply "1" if yes and you will need to reattempt your payment, reply "2" if no, and the payment will remain declined. Msg and Data rates apply."
It's a legit phone number from PayPal because it will send me my balance and such if I ask. But every time this has happened I've logged on and there be no activity on my account. I've deleted my account twice thinking it was a hacker, changed passwords multiple times, changed my email, and it never stops doing this every few weeks. I'm getting tired of panicking about it.
