Says no account is attached to my email and I can't login I've tried all o know

When I try to login in it says no account is attached to that email I've also tried my phone number and it says the same thing. I need money to be sent to me today so I set up a new account the different email address and the person sent me the payment however the payment did not receive into my account I don't know where it is but my phone number may be attached to both accounts as well as my bank card. Is that payment in Jeopardy right now because of this in the past it has not let me contact PayPal it tells me I need to log in to my account in order to send a message or to do messenger and because of my work hours I never get off in time to make the phone call. Does anybody have any experience with this at all or may know anything that can solve it? Beyond frustrated. Thanks

Did the sender of the payment send to your new email address on your new paypal account or your old email address or phone number?

What does it say on the transaction on their paypal account ie unclaimed / pending / sent / payment etc.
