Hi we need to change our main contact details for a business account as our current manager is leaving - we have managed to add the new contact details apart from the SSN number which is still the old contact details and Paypal is not letting us change these details - which is frustrating because now we have a mix of contact details on our business account. phoning paypal is like death by a 1000 cuts - our last effort we went through 3 different contacts only to be hung up on after 45 minutes. painful to say the least
