Restore the password

Hello!  I have a problem with logging in to my American account. I created it on my temporary number and now I don't have access to it. To restore the password that I forgot it only could send me a code to my phone number. Is there a way to receive a code on my email? Where should I ask the support team to send me a link to my email?

If you are unable to access your PayPal account due to an outdated phone number on file, then contacting our phone line is the best way to fix this problem. For contact information, go to PayPal.com and click on 'Help & Contact.'

Paypal is country specific so as you now have a Ukrainian paypal account I presume you are living in the Ukraine?

If so then you should not be using a U.S paypal account as its against paypal rules.

You would need to contact customer services to help you close it.
