Require 2 people to authorize a change

Is it possible to require 2 people (admin accounts) to authorize a change in financial details (e.g. bank account details)?

Welcome to the PayPal Community, this is a fantastic question. We currently do not offer the functionality of authorizing changes in financial details or other account information. However, you can set certain permissions for specific authorized users. Here's a bit more information there: How do I add users to my PayPal account?
