I created my account about 4 years ago, didn't add a debit card till recently. When I try to request a payment from my friend in the US I get an error saying Requester Account is Restricted, and he gets the same error saying my account is restricted. I don't know what the issue is, I see nothing in the resolution center, I have added all the necessary info like Bank account, passport, email etc. Can you let me know what the issue is? and how I or you guys can resolve it. I am based in India and want to receive money from the US. When I tried using the customer service bot, It says that my account has no limitations nor any information requests.
