Requested an increase on monthly available funds, PayPal still hasn't replied

Hello. On January 15th sent a request to Increasing the amount available in my account as a seller and PayPal said they would respond within 3 business days. It's currently been over 3 business days and PayPal still hasn't replied to my request. What do I do?

Congratulations on your first post in the Community! 

I understand you haven't received an update on your increase, and I'm sorry to hear that. If you haven't received an update yet, that may mean you're not eligible for an increase at this time. If you're a new seller and your payments are being placed on hold, you can typically request an increase every 30 days. You can learn more on our Help Center here: New PayPal account – payments on hold and accessing your money quicker. If you've been selling for a little while and you have a reserve, you can request a new review every six months. If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
