 Absence of Pakistan as an Available Country during PayPal Account Creation

I recently attempted to create a PayPal account and noticed that Pakistan is not listed as an available country during the registration process. I would like to understand the reasons behind this and whether there are any plans to include Pakistan as a supported country in the future.

I appreciate any insights or information you can provide regarding the availability of PayPal's services in Pakistan and any updates on potential expansions to include Pakistan as an available country.

Pakistan has never been a paypal supported country unfortunately and you are not allowed to bypass that ban by trying to use another countries paypal account.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.
