Hi everyone I closed my PayPal account without removing my debit card from it and now I can't relink it to another PayPal account what should I do to fix this even know I can't access to the the closed one anymore Please help me guys

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.

They can remove the card from the closed account for you hopefully.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
