I am sorry to know that you're thinking of closing your account. Please reconsider! If there's a chance that you might want to use PayPal in the future, it's a good idea to keep your account open. There's no fee to keep your account open unless it becomes inactive. Kindly note that it is not possible to close an account with a remaining balance, an account limitation, or other unresolved issues by checking your Resolution Center.
