Problems with Login

I cant log in to my Paypal Account because i presumably connected the wrong phone number to my account and now i only got options to verificate my account through my phone number. Can someone tell me how i can reach someone from Paypal without having to log into my Account? I tried through the Hotline but there is only a Bot that says that i have to change my password, but i know my pasword i just want to change the Phone number of my account.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).

There are 4 options:

- Chat with us: only works if you are logged in

- Community Forum: i can log in without verification so i could post this Problem but nobody could help me until now

- Hotline: there is only a Bot that says i have to change my password but thats not my problem

- Conflict Resolution: does not have anything to do with my problem

 

so if you want my kudos/solution maybe try to give me a better answer then just listing everything i already said in the first post and lying about options i have without having to log in.

Maybe if you could sent me a link to the live chat that would help me a lot, but im pretty sure you have to log in to use it.

 

My only solution is to chat through another account of somebody that i know that can log in but this cant be right, there has to be another possibility.

Yeah im a bit frustrated with this problem sorry for the rude answer but your post did not help me at all. Still thanks for the answer i will solve this problem at some point. ✌️
