Problem with to add informations to my Paypal account in belgium

Please,I have difficulties to regsiter my informations(bank and adress) from belgium to verifiy my account.

the verification form is adapted to united state of America

How do i proceed??

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

The problem is that all link i used to create the account redirect me to US paypal.

Please could you send me here the Belgium Paypal link wich will permit me to create the Belgium paypal account???

There is no link, if you have opened a U.S paypal account then you need to close it.

Then go to REGISTER a paypal account > U.S is the default option at the top as paypal is a U.S company > then click on the drop down box and scroll down to Belgium.
