Problem with the confirmation code not arriving to my phone

Hi, I have a problem with the confirmation code not arriving to my phone (I've tried numerous times), and I cannot log in to my account or ask for help from the Paypal support. Has anyone had the same problem?

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving a confirmation code when trying to login to your account. I would first recommend reaching out to your mobile phone provider to make sure you can receive 'short-code text messages'. These are text messages from 5 or 6 digit phone number. If your mobile provider is not blocking those kind of messages, please reach out to our Customer Support teams through one of the methods listed here: How do I contact PayPal Customer Service?
