Problem with login on new mobile phone with new number

Few weeks ago I've changed my phone (and phone number too just to clarify) and now I can't login into PayPal because I have enabled 2 step verification and PayPal sends verification code at old phone number. I've Googled and searched a lot and tried so many versions. I even tried ''I forgot email'', than ''I forgot password'' and at the end it always comes to point where PayPal sends verification code to an old phone number. Can someone please help me out. 

Also I tried to look and find how to contact help center but it seems like a search for holy grail 😞

Use the guest phone option if you can't log in.

I followed your link but there is no GUEST PHONE option. PayPal still asks me to login to even be able to contact support. And I can't login because of forementioned issue with new phone. 😞

I think I will definitely uninstall PayPal and use some other transfer money app, which makes me sad because I'm PayPal user for looong time
