Problem with closing my account

Hey, I have problem with closing my account. I don't have any cases open or money problem but when I tap to close account option in settings there's a text that says "Your account can't closed" Thanks for your help I really don't like paypal anymore any help will ne nice!

Nope as I don't know why they won't let you. Your best bet is to reach out to customer services and ask them to close it for you?
