Hello, I recently bought a new house (new build)and already requested with post office the new post code to get registered. My bank already change the address for me. Now PayPal does not seem seem to recognize the post code even though my bank ready has it changed to the new one. I have a PayPal credit to pay. Who can help me with this matter?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
