Phone number not supported

I'm calling out **bleep**pal. It's been over a month since I changed my number. Long story short, old phone bit the dust after I moved to PA, needed a phone right away for work. Got a new number, and that's when the dances with **bleep**pal began and it hasn't reached an end. First time was told there was no issue after trying to add funds to my account via debit card and was told to wait a few hours. Waited 8, tried again, and started getting the message of this phone number isn't supported, note it's a highly mobile not landline number. Called again that night, was told security flagged the system because my number changed and to wait at least a week. Fast forward a week, tried again. Same thing, security is flagging it despite this number being on the account for literally a month now. Told them I'm getting the same error message, that the number isn't supported despite it being a cell number with Verizon, here we are a week and a half later with the same issue. Long story short, no numbers are being blocked by Verizon and at this point I'm about ready to abandon **bleep**pal. Nobody knows what they're doing and the customer service has gotten worse and worse over the years.
