Tried that.  They have no idea how to help me.  I gave them all of my personal information and they have no clue how to bypass 2FA.

I am sorry to know that you're unable to access your PayPal account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to log in to your PayPal account without a registered mobile phone number. In this case, you can certainly contact our customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options so that our advisors can help you accordingly.

Hi everyone, 

 

I moved from New Zealand back to my country but when I login to PayPal, they asked to verified with my NZ phone number. I couldn't do that coz I am back to my home country now. How to solve this problem? Thank you.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Hi, I lost my phone and paypal need to verify my account it needs code on my mobile number how can I fix this if I change the option of verifying it only have mobile phone , ill try to contact the paypal but what should I say?

Hello... When i try to log in to my account, they ask me a code recived on phone.... My problem its that i dont use that number from many years... What can i do?

I have this issue and can't contact paypal as I can't login. I don't have access to the App to verify that way. I also can't phone up the customer service because im deaf so me sending them an email would be better for me however this isn't possible as there isn't email to send to. I also don't use social media so cant contact via that
