Tried that. They have no idea how to help me. I gave them all of my personal information and they have no clue how to bypass 2FA.
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I am sorry you are still dealing with this issue, and I know it is frustrating. This channel is meant to act as guidance and to help point you in the right direction. Since this is an account-specific issue, you will need to work with our Customer Support directly to reach a resolution. You can reach our Customer Support by selecting "Contact" at the bottom of the PayPal website. I regret there are no additional options available to provide.
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
I am sorry to know that you're unable to access your PayPal account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to log in to your PayPal account without a registered mobile phone number. In this case, you can certainly contact our customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options so that our advisors can help you accordingly.
I moved from New Zealand back to my country but when I login to PayPal, they asked to verified with my NZ phone number. I couldn't do that coz I am back to my home country now. How to solve this problem? Thank you.
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
