PayPal have moved over to sending transaction notifications via an attachment in messenger instead of how it used to be done - just posting the details. Can I get them to revert to the old way?

Do you mean you received a message with an amount through Facebook messenger? If so, it could mean that you have Facebook notifications turned on.
