I have login problem(PayPal is looking out for you) i always use one device for paypal and try to rest password but when click on next hi say aad the number but number already add so i add a number then click next then he say sorry we couldn't confirm its you can any one solve this problem thanks
Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account? Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
